Anderson Oliveira

Anderson Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2000, they started their career as an Analyst Programmer at T&T Engenheiros Associados, where they remained until 2008. Anderson then joined Terra as a Scrum Master and worked there until 2012. Anderson joined Grupo RBS in 2013, initially as a Project Manager and later as an IT Coordinator. From 2017 to 2021, they served as an IT Manager, leading a team of 25 people and overseeing the migration of legacy systems to Salesforce. In 2021, Anderson joined Warren Brasil as a Tech Manager, where they were responsible for leading 5 squads, managing a team of 30 people, and defining and monitoring the tribe's strategy. Finally, in 2023, Anderson joined Privacy Tools as a Tech Manager.

Anderson Oliveira completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Anderson then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Applied Technologies for Information Systems with Agile Methods at Uniritter from 2011 to 2012.
