Oana Ducuță

Oana Ducuță is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data protection and compliance management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Genpact since June 2022, Oana also holds positions as a PECB CDPO Certified Trainer at PECB and as an Advisory Board Member for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Oana is the Chapter Chair for OneTrust PrivacyConnect and previously worked as a Data Protection Officer at Verifone and as Global Data Protection Officer at 2Checkout. Oana has contributed to AmCham Romania's Digital Economy Committee and chaired the IAPP Romania KnowledgeNet Chapter. Oana's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor of Laws, alongside ongoing executive education at MIT Sloan.
