Kathleen de Pol - Gagg

Kathleen De Pol - Gagg is an accomplished business development and marketing sales manager at Privada Homes since January 2021. With extensive experience in management and the hospitality industry, Kathleen previously served as President of Lifestyle at Pope Golf / Pope Properties, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and launching wellness spas in Southwest Florida. Prior roles include Vice President of Lifestyle and Director of Lifestyle Management at Pope Properties, as well as a real estate agent at RE/MAX specializing in new home sales and residential properties. Additionally, Kathleen founded Camp Better America, a nonprofit dedicated to helping military families reconnect post-deployment, and served as Executive Director of the Got Your Back Network, supporting the children of fallen soldiers. Educational credentials include an AS in Business, Management, Marketing from County College of Morris and a Bachelor's degree in Business / Interior Design from Centenary University.
