Lorenzo Williams is a seasoned technology and digital transformation expert with extensive experience across various roles and industries. Currently serving as Principal and Head of Technology & Digital Transformation Practice at Privatal since January 2025, Lorenzo has a strong background in transformation, turnarounds, and value creation. Previous roles include Principal at Finatal, where responsibilities encompassed interim tech and data transformation, alongside positions as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer across multiple companies. Lorenzo has also held consulting roles, focused on search and interim management solutions for Private Equity backed businesses, and possesses a robust foundation in financial analysis and trading. Lorenzo's educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Newcastle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
