Corey Sisler

Corey Sisler is an experienced finance professional and board member with a strong background in both corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Private Directors Association® since March 2022, Corey also holds the position of President at Sisler Capital LLC since 2007. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at VOSSLOH until May 2024, and at NexusTek from May 2016 to February 2020, as well as at Spectraseis, Inc. and DSSI. Additionally, Corey has served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Operating Advisor for Integris and gained early career experience as a Senior Manager at KPMG and a Captain in the US Army. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from American Military University, and various certifications in cybersecurity oversight.
