Doron Grosman is a seasoned executive and venture capital investor with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at J-Ventures Fund and HBS Alumni Angels of Greater New York, Grosman actively engages in early-stage investments. As a member of the Private Directors Association and a Board Member at Executive Forum, Grosman contributes to the advancement of private companies and business growth initiatives. Previously, Grosman held executive roles such as CEO of GCT Global Container Terminals Inc., President of Hexcel Corporation, and COO/CFO at Trane Air Conditioning. With a strong background in private equity at Court Square Capital Partners and significant experience at General Electric, Grosman combines strategic insight with a robust educational foundation, including an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.

The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
