Mary Key, Ph.D., is a seasoned expert in organizational leadership with over 30 years of experience in coaching and consulting. Currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Private Directors Association® since October 2020, Mary Key also leads MARY KEY & ASSOCIATES, INC., where Mary is the President, Lead Consultant, Executive Coach, and founder of the Women’s Forum. Additionally, Mary Key founded the Key Women's Leadership Forum, which supports women leaders in enhancing their strategic and leadership skills. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Virginia and a BS in Human Development from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Mary Key's approach emphasizes mental and emotional fitness while focusing on tangible leadership development outcomes.

Private Directors Association®
The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
