Currently serving as President of the Private Directors Association® New England Chapter and a member of the Finance and Investment Committee at Open Table, Inc., Rick has founded and manages Dynol Consulting LLC, offering innovative human capital solutions. Previous roles include Partner at W.T. HAIGH & COMPANY, INC., Board Member at PanAgora Asset Management, and significant leadership positions at Putnam Investments, including Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer. Rick’s earlier experience encompasses compensation strategy development at Bank of Boston Corporation and Analog Devices. Rick holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Private Directors Association®
The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
