Susan Aldworth has an extensive background in event planning, fundraising, donor cultivation, and development coordination. With experience at various organizations such as Theatre Under The Stars, Michigan Theater, and YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Susan has demonstrated their ability to manage and produce successful special events and fundraising campaigns. Susan holds a degree in Graphic Design and Drawing from Central Michigan University, as well as a teaching certification from Eastern Michigan University.

The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
