Oliver Gilkes

Oliver Gilkes is a Principal Consultant at PER, Private Equity Recruitment Ltd since June 2008, with a passion for psychology, leadership, and helping individuals reach their potential. Oliver's team engages with clients across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and sovereign wealth funds in London, mainland Europe, and the Middle East. As the Founder and Investor of Gilkes Group since March 2008, Oliver focuses on sustainable, growing sectors within UK property and SME investments. Prior experience includes serving as an M&A Manager at Deloitte from February 2006 to August 2008, where Oliver was key in new business origination related to M&A deals, and as a Consultant at CIL from 2004 to 2006, specializing in private equity commercial due diligence. Oliver holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Leeds and is furthering education at Stanford University.
