Oliver Noye

Oliver Noye is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of New York at PER since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading the firm's expansion in the US with a focus on Investment and Investor Relations roles. Previous roles include Head of Credit and Lead Consultant, specializing in securing top professionals for private credit, private equity, and venture capital sectors. Prior to PER, Oliver was Head of Private Equity at Beaumont Bailey, an international executive search firm, and also served as Senior Consultant for Private Equity at Altus Partners from May 2013 to February 2021. Oliver Noye holds a Master's degree in Economic Geography from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Loughborough University.
