Don White

Don White, CFA, CPA, CGA, is a prominent leader in the real estate investment sector, serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founding Principal of Private Pension Partners (P3) since its inception in 2010. Under Don's guidance, P3 has focused on sourcing, developing, and managing commercial and multi-family rental assets across Canada, including overseeing over $750M in real estate projects. Additionally, Don holds the role of Chief Executive Officer, Management Representative, and Trustee at Apartment Plus (A+) REIT, where efforts are centered on acquiring and managing purpose-built rental properties. Prior to these roles, Don was the Executive Vice President at Colliers International, specializing in major investment property sales following the completion of a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Manitoba. Don's credentials also include certifications from the CFA Institute and CPA Canada.
