Jelena Banovic

Jelena Banovic is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both human resources and psychotherapy. Currently, Jelena serves as the owner of a private practice, providing psychotherapy under supervision since September 2025. Prior to this, Jelena worked as a Human Resources Specialist at ProCredit Bank a.d Belgrade from August 2023 to September 2025, and as a self-employed psychologist and psychotherapist under supervision from July 2021. Additionally, Jelena has experience as a contract recruiter and recruiter with a focus on connecting talent across various industries, alongside a role as a research analyst. Jelena's educational background includes ongoing studies in Psychodynamic Integrative Psychotherapy, a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Novi Sad, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
