Devon Caraway has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the education and theater industry. In 2016, Caraway worked at Private Prep as a Tutor Development Advisor, where they trained and advised tutors, assessed pedagogy, and designed tracking processes for trainee progress. Caraway also taught acting courses at Ridgefield Theater Barn, including Adult Intro to Acting and Scene Study, where they focused on vocal development and utilizing practical tools for performance.
