Philine van Heerden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as National Business Manager at Private Property since February 2012. In this role, Philine supports the national sales team in achieving operational excellence, collaborating with executives to align activities with the sales strategy. Previously, as Provincial Head for the Western Cape, Philine led a team of Relationship Managers, focusing on business development, innovation, and team performance optimization. Additional roles include National Real Estate Brands Manager and Key Account Manager, further showcasing expertise in sales management and strategic brand visibility. Philine holds a Programme in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa.
