Ambassador Damali Ssali Founder Ideation Corner

Ambassador Damali Ssali is the Founder of Ideation Corner, a role they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) as the Chief Programs and Projects Officer starting in April 2022. Ambassador Damali Ssali also served as a Trade Development Expert at TradeMark East Africa from January 2013 to November 2021. Ambassador Ssali holds an MBA (with Distinction) from Grenoble Ecole de Management, which they completed from April 2011 to July 2013. Before that, they worked as the Financial Director at The Children's Investment Fund Foundation - CIFF from August 2006 to April 2011 and as Finance Manager at KIDS from 2003 to 2006.

Ambassador Damali Ssali Founder Ideation Corner has a diverse education history that spans various institutions and fields of study. In 2001, they began their academic journey by pursuing a degree in Accountancy at The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), which they completed in 2005.

Ambassador Ssali then pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2011 to 2013, specializing in General Management and Innovation. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained a Certification in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) from the Institute of Public Private Partnerships.

In 2021, Ambassador Ssali attended the Harvard Business School, where they completed an Executive Programme in Leadership: Ascending the Peak - Finding the Leader Within. Ambassador Damali Ssali also obtained a Program Certificate for Ascending the Peak: Finding the Leader Within from Harvard Business School.

The education journey of Ambassador Ssali does not end there. In 2023, they are planning to attend Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford to complete an Impact Investing Programme focusing on Social Impact.
