Monitoring Evaluation And Learning Lead at Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU)

Kisoboli Mugisa is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, currently serving as the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Lead at Private Sector Foundation Uganda since September 2020, focusing on the Lead Firm Structure for Youth Employment. Previous roles include Business Development Specialist with the UWESO and COMVIS consortium, as well as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Peofira Region 5 consortium, where MEL systems and frameworks were designed and automated. Kisoboli has held various positions in monitoring and evaluation, operational management, and project development with organizations such as VIDA MANAGEMENT LIMITED and Foundation for Urban and Rural Advancement. Educational qualifications include a Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation certification from Devimpact Institute Nairobi, a PRINCE2 Foundation in Project Management from PeopleCert, and a Master’s degree in Social Sector Planning and Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University.

Private sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) is Uganda’s umbrella body for the private sector made up of over 230 Business Associations, Corporate bodies and the major Public Sector Agencies that support private sector growth. Since its founding in 1995, PSFU has served as a focal point for private sector advocacy as well as capacity building and continues to sustain a positive dialogue with Government on behalf of the private sector. PSFU is also Government’s implementation partner for several projects and programmes aimed at strengthening the private sector as an engine of economic growth in Uganda.
