Shaantam Chawla is an experienced Flight Software Engineer currently working at Privateer Space. Prior to this, Shaantam has worked in various engineering roles at companies like Squishy Robotics, Kleiner Perkins, and SpinLaunch. Shaantam has also conducted research as a Research Assistant at the Special Competitive Studies Project and the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence. With a background in B.S. Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Master of Engineering in Robotics and Controls from the University of California, Berkeley, Shaantam has a strong foundation in technical and policy work in the tech industry.
