Walter Wong

Walter Wong has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Walter started their career in 2000 as a Project Manager at 3Wcyberlogistics, where they built and led a global development team to implement the industry's first extensible and customizable Web-based global logistics system for the freight industry. In 2007, they joined Caldwell Life Strategies Corporation as an IT Manager/IT Director/Tech Lead, where they developed a Portfolio Management system to manage multi-portfolio assets and implemented a web-based operation platform and centralized data gateway with Data warehousing. In 2012, they became an IT Consultant at Jabrem Consulting LLC. Finally, in 2014, they joined PrivCo as CTO and Technical Lead.

Walter Wong attended City University of Hong Kong until 1995. Walter has obtained multiple certifications since then, including a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Institute in July 2022, an Introduction to ESG from Corporate Finance Institute in August 2021, an Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2018, a TensorFlow Developer Certificate from TensorFlow Certificate Program in July 2020, a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer from Google in August 2020, an AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS), an Amazon Web Services Big Data Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS), an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), a MySQL 5.0 Developer from Sun Microsystems, a Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD) from Sun Microsystems, a Sun Certified Web Component Developer for Java 2EE (SCWCD) from Sun Microsystems, a Zend Certified Engineer (PHP) from Zend by Perforce, and a Zend Certified Engineer (Zend Framework) from Zend by Perforce.
