Marcus Shadwick

Marcus Shadwick's work experience begins with their role as a Contact Center Specialist II at CoxHealth from January 2016 to March 2017. Marcus then advanced to become a Contact Center Team Lead from March 2017 to November 2018. Following that, Marcus worked as a Reimbursement Analyst at CoxHealth, where they updated and tracked Accounts Receivable, invoiced for provider memberships and assessments, and managed EDI Accounts and Health Claims Repricing Accounts from November 2018 to July 2022. Subsequently, Marcus took on the role of a Telehealth-Virtual Visits Data Analyst at CoxHealth from August 2021 to October 2022, where they established data analysis and reporting structures, improved existing procedures, and contributed to budget and census predictions. Most recently, Marcus joined Privia Health in October 2022 as a Senior Financial Operations Analyst, responsible for analyzing and correcting on-site, remit, and insurer payments, troubleshooting flow of funds, and conducting Undeposited, Unknown, and Unapplied (UUU) flow of funds analysis.

Marcus Shadwick graduated from Missouri State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, focusing on Mathematics with a specialization in Astronomy. In July 2022, they obtained two additional certifications: "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners" from LinkedIn and "SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis" from LinkedIn.
