Philip Simpson

Philip Simpson has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, marketing, and internships. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Resource Development Intern at International Medical Corps and later as an Internal Audit Intern at World Learning in 2016. In 2017, they became a Marketing Intern at VCU University Relations, where they contributed to internal communication plans and e-marketing campaigns. From 2018 to 2020, Philip worked as a Recruiter, specializing in Accounting & Finance, at HireStrategy. Currently, they are employed at Privia Health since 2020, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and progressing to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Philip is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing recruitment efforts at the company.

Philip Simpson attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
