Yvonne Caravella

Yvonne Caravella, MBA, has extensive experience in healthcare operations, having held several key leadership positions in various organizations. Most recently, Yvonne served as the Director of Practice Operations at Privia Health from November 2024 to August 2025 and at Women's Care from February 2023 to November 2024. Prior roles include Regional Director of Operations at InnovaCare Health, Area Practice Director at Unified Women's Healthcare, and Regional Operations Manager at Allergy Partners P.A. Yvonne began a long tenure at 21st Century Oncology as a Practice Administrator, which lasted nearly a decade from September 2007 to January 2017. Yvonne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
