Aleksandra Milićević has a diverse work experience. Aleksandra started their professional career in 2014 as a Project Assistant at the Public Policy Institute. In 2016, they worked as a Student Assistant at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. In 2017, they had an internship at the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning. Since 2018, they have been working at the Privredna komora Srbije | Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, where they started as a Senior Advisor for Education Development and currently holds the position of Head of Department for dual education and education policies.

Aleksandra Milićević is currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, specializing in Adult Education. Prior to this, they completed a Master's Degree in Professur für Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg in 2017. Aleksandra also holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, which they obtained in 2017. Their educational journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, which they completed in 2014.
