Milos V. Milosevic

Milos V. Milosevic is an experienced attorney and arbitrator with a strong background in civil law and dispute resolution. Currently serving as an Attorney At Law at M.V.Milošević Law Office since June 2024, Milos has also held the position of Arbiter at the Permanent Arbitration of the Chambers of Commerce of the Republic of Serbia since October 2012. Previously, Milos was a Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Department at Živković Samardžić Law Office from May 2010 to May 2024. Milos's judicial experience includes serving as a Judge at the District Court of Belgrade and the Forth Municipal Court of Belgrade, as well as a Judge's Associate at both the Supreme Court of Serbia and the Commercial Court of Belgrade. Additionally, Milos has contributed to legal education as a Trainer for Civil Procedures at the Faculty of Law, Union University between 2003 and 2013. Milos holds a law degree from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and has passed the Bar Exam.
