Yogesh Khadse's work experience begins in 2004 when they co-founded Horizon Technologies, where they gathered customer requirements and designed databases and UI screens for developing applications such as an inventory and sales management system for Zodiac Paints. In 2007, they worked as a research engineer at ConsumerVision, implementing algorithms for a recommendation engine and integrating association miner with a distributed framework for mining large datasets. From 2008 to 2016, Khadse held various roles at Persistent Systems, including software engineer, sr. software engineer, module lead, and finally team lead. During their time there, they worked on projects such as a web-based device monitoring tool, an ETL functionality for generating and loading images into a database, and a data delivery platform for stock exchanges involving feed handling and adapter development. In 2016, they joined Priza Technologies as the India head.

Yogesh Khadse completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in the field of AST (Advanced Software Technologies) at the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Engineering at the Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science from 1998 to 2002. Before their undergraduate studies, they completed their 12th grade education with a focus on electronics at Jamnalal Bajaj College of Science from 1996 to 1998.
