Todd Grossman

Todd Grossman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in gaming and public safety regulation. Currently serving as the Director of Gaming Regulatory Compliance at PrizePicks since June 2025, Todd previously held various leadership roles at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission from November 2012 to June 2025, including General Counsel and Interim Executive Director, where significant contributions to the establishment of a transparent regulatory framework for casino oversight were made. Prior to that, Todd served as Deputy General Counsel at the Massachusetts State Athletic Commission and the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety, and began a legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Middlesex District Attorney's Office. Todd Grossman holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University.
