Jay Rodgers

Jay Rodgers has extensive experience in graphic design and color management, currently serving as Color Manager at PriZm Packaging Solutions Inc. since February 2016, focusing on print production quality assurance and color management. In addition, Jay is the owner of Graybox Graphics, LLC, a freelance business catering to clients in packaging and brand identity since 2005. Previous positions include Marketing Designer at Outdoor Cap Company and various roles at Wal-Mart, culminating in leadership positions within the Package Design Department. Jay also contributed to education as an Associate Instructor at Northwest Arkansas Community College. Educational background includes a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Arkansas and certificates in Public Speaking and Retail Management.
