Rudi Diamco

Rudi DiAmco is an experienced operations management professional currently serving as the Operations Event Synchronization Manager at Aerodyne Industries LLC since September 2024. Previously, Rudi held positions as an Instructor and Curriculum Developer at Inflow and was extensively involved in wargame planning and training at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Rudi’s earlier roles included serving as an Instructor and Space Subject Matter Expert at multiple organizations, with significant contributions to curriculum development and training program management at Air Force Space Command. Rudi's entrepreneurial experience includes owning Create N Play, LLC, which provided STEM enrichment programs for students. Rudi holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne and a B.A. in Organizational Management from Warner University.
