Howard Garrel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and consulting. Currently a Principal at PRM Consulting since June 2007, Howard is responsible for managing various consulting assignments across multiple domains, including communications and organizational development. As President of Garrel & Associates since January 2007, Howard provides strategic and financial expertise to a diverse clientele of corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. Previously, Howard served as Benefits Manager and Regional Health Care Practice Leader at The Segal Company and held the position of Senior Director at United Health Care, overseeing underwriting for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Howard holds a BA degree in English from Trinity College in Hartford.
