PRM Design is a design consultancy working where projects stop being just projects.

We support organizations when products, services, or experiences begin to generate consequences that extend beyond their original scope, across time, organization, or technology, making decisions increasingly difficult to govern.

In these moments, the challenge is no longer execution.

It is clarity.

PRM Design helps organizations recognize when a project has already crossed, or is about to cross, the threshold between a defined solution and a system with long-term implications. We work to make decisions legible, trade-offs explicit, and choices reversible before complexity solidifies.

We do not build platforms, deliver technology, or scale teams.
We are not a system integrator, a branding agency, or a transformation consultancy.

We work early, often before the brief is fully defined, with direct access to decision-makers. Our role is neutral and independent, without attachment to specific tools, vendors, or solutions.

Our contribution often comes through subtraction rather than addition: reducing unnecessary dependencies, avoiding premature systematization, and preserving degrees of freedom for future evolution.

PRM Design works on a limited number of projects to maintain focus, accountability, and depth.

We work where projects stop being just projects, and before systems become unmanageable.
