Elaine Gudmunsen is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at PRMIA since July 2018, and as the Proprietor of Gudmunsen Consulting since September 2017. With a strong background in managing curriculum and content development, content delivery, and learning management systems, Elaine has previously held significant roles at Campus Management Corp, where responsibilities included directing a team of experts and overseeing training program development. Additional leadership experience includes positions at Willow CSN, Renaissance Cruises, and Certified Vacations, demonstrating a robust capability in strategic planning, training program implementation, and operations management. Elaine holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Florida.
