Justin C is also the Chairman of the Board for PRMIA Institute, a supporting organization of PRMIA that focuses on thought leadership and stewardship of the risk management profession. Justin has been actively involved with PRMIA since 2013, initially as a Board Member and later as the Chairman of the Global Board.

Following this, McCarthy pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (& Maths/Stats) from University College Cork, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
