Mark Adamczak

Mark Adamczak has worked in various roles in the manufacturing industry since 1993. Mark began their career as a Machine Operator at Rockwell Automation, where they operated high speed turning and vertical insertion machinery and edited programs for all machines. Mark then moved to Electronic Surface Mounted Ind as a Production Control Coordinator, where they were the main link to the customer and coordinated all job requirements until the job was complete.

In 1997, Adamczak began working at Plexus as a Demand Analyst, where they developed and implemented parameters for the JDE MRP System. Mark then moved into roles as a Customer Management Specialist, Onsite Program Manager, Program Manager and Demand Analyst. In this role, they developed new business globally from design to production, maintained management forecasts for future business, coordinated quote requests and reviews, worked with customer engineering and management on new business development, developed strategic plans and managed tactical issues, maintained customer forecasts, worked with the purchasing department, and maintained MPS and MRP output.

Most recently, Adamczak has been working as an Operations Manager at Pro-Active Engineering since 2019. In this role, they plan, directs and coordinates the operations of the company as part of the management team, and is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, quality and profitability of department and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Mark Adamczak attended Wisconsin School of Electronics from 1987 to 1988, where they earned a Drafting - Electronics degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Mark then attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1994 to 1995, where they earned a degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Lastly, they attended Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1995 to 1997, though they did not earn a degree.
