Timothy Waldrep

Timothy Waldrep is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property compliance and event management. Currently serving as the Manager of Property Compliance at Progress Residential® since September 2023, Timothy has also been a Senior Event Manager at PRO EM National Event Services since March 2006, where responsibilities include supervising event operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Previous roles at National Corporate Housing from April 2015 to May 2023 ranged from General Manager to Customer Service Specialist, demonstrating a comprehensive background in management and quality assurance. As the Business Owner of Allied Service Management from August 2007 to April 2015, Timothy successfully established and operated a temporary housing service for relocation companies across North America. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
