Lance Walser

Lance Walser is currently the Director of Operations - Southern California at Pro Energy Services Group LLC, where Lance has been since 2016. Prior to this, Lance spent time at IBEW Local 47 as a Journeyman Lineman since 2002. With 21 years of experience in the powerline construction industry, Lance has held various roles including lineman, foreman, general foreman, construction coordinator, project manager, and division manager. Before transitioning to the powerline industry, Lance worked as a Commercial Diver at American Oilfield Divers, Inc from 1996 to 2002, where Lance was a College of Oceaneering Graduate and held certifications as an ADC Certified Mixed Gas Diver, Underwater Welder, Offshore Salvage and Construction, NBDHMT Diver Medical Technician.
