Earlier career roles comprise positions as a Fitness Instructor, Pool Plant Operator, Lifeguard, and Blocklayer. Barry holds a Master of Science in Sports Performance Analysis from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and various other qualifications in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Limerick.
