Tom is currently the Director of Commercial Performance at Pro-invest Group, where Tom focuses on enhancing efficiency and revenue across the hotel portfolio. Prior to this, Tom was a Global Key Account Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts and held various positions at InterContinental Sydney. Tom also has experience as a Food & Beverage Duty Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.
