Christian Forte

Christian Forte, CTP, CPA has over two decades of work experience in finance and accounting. Christian has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in treasury management, capital markets, and financial reporting.

Starting their career at EY in 1994 as a Staff Accountant, Forte gained valuable experience in accounting before moving on to Prograde as a Controller in 1995. Christian then returned to EY in 1998 as a Senior Accountant, further expanding their knowledge in the field.

In 1999, Forte joined Coal Network, Inc./Black Hills Coal Network, Inc. as a Controller, where they managed financial operations. After five years, they moved to Cincinnati Bell in 2004 and took on the role of Senior Manager - Management Reporting, responsible for overseeing and reporting financial performance.

At Cincinnati Bell, Forte excelled and was quickly promoted to Director - Capital Markets in 2006. In this role, they showcased their expertise in managing complex capital structures, building relationships with banks and capital markets, and executing various financial transactions such as bond refinancing, stock repurchase programs, and debt repurchases. Christian also demonstrated their skills in negotiating loan agreements and managing interest rate swap programs.

In 2010, Forte joined Intelligrated as a Treasury Director, leading the treasury function and playing a crucial role in the company's financial operations. During their tenure, Intelligrated was acquired by Honeywell. Forte's responsibilities included cash management, debt administration, and risk management.

In their most recent position as VP, Corporate Treasury at Pro Mach since 2018, Forte continues to leverage their skills and experience to provide strategic treasury management solutions. Pro Mach is a leading provider of packaging solutions, and Forte's role involves integrating and supporting advanced packaging solutions globally.

Christian Forte, CTP, CPA holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University (1990-1994) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business (2003-2005). Additionally, Christian Forte has obtained the Certified Treasury Professional certification from the Association for Financial Professionals in 2013 and the Certified Public Accountant designation from the Accountancy Board Of Ohio in 1996.
