Clint Edwards

Clint Edwards, a CPA and MBA, has held various finance and accounting roles throughout their career. Clint started out as an Auditor at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. from 2003 to 2006. Clint then worked as an Internal Auditor at Retail Ventures Inc. from 2006 to 2008, where they conducted operational and financial audits and developed a fraud risk assessment program. Clint then joined DSW Inc. in 2008 as a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, where they led inventory cycles and managed a team of finance professionals. In 2012, they joined LexisNexis as a Lead Financial Analyst, quickly rising to become the Global Manager of Accounting Operations. There, they optimized royalty operations and designed a global royalty system. In 2019, Clint joined ProMach as the Director of Financial Shared Services, where they led the reorganization into a pillar structure and implemented digital transformation initiatives across North America and Europe.

Clint Edwards, CPA, MBA received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from Capital University, graduating in 2003. Clint later obtained an MBA from the same institution. Clint also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant and Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt.
