Heath Daniels

Heath Daniels has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to internal audit, risk services, and accounting. Heath started their career at OpTel, Inc. as the Financial Reporting Manager, where they were responsible for creating annual financial statements and coordinating audits. Heath then worked at i2 Technologies as an Implementation Project Manager before joining Deloitte & Touche as an Assurance Senior Manager. At Deloitte, they conducted financial audits and reviewed financial statements for both private and public companies. After that, they served as the Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Jacuzzi Brands, Inc., leading the SOx compliance program. Heath later became the Director of Internal Audit at BDO Seidman, LLP, where they managed client relationships and developed internal audit plans. Heath then joined Crowe Horwath LLP as a Senior Manager in the Risk Services department, co-developing methodologies for the manufacturing and distribution industry. At KMG Chemicals, they served as the Director of Internal Audit, overseeing risk assessment, audit planning, and control testing. Before their current role, they briefly owned Daniels Professional Services, providing bookkeeping and consulting services to small and mid-size businesses. Currently, they are the Director of Internal Audit at ProMach, a leading provider of packaging and processing products, where they focus on ensuring reliable and technologically advanced equipment and solutions for diverse companies.

Heath Daniels attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in December 2021.
