Naomi Holdvogt

Senior Director, Growth Marketing at Pro Mach

Naomi Holdvogt has extensive experience in marketing and program administration. Naomi started their career in 2002 as a Professional Fundraiser at Aria Communications. In 2004, they worked as a Marketing Intern at the Brian Klinefelter Foundation, where they developed toolkits to promote family-friendly workplace practices and secured a grant for the organization. Naomi later served as a Program Administrator at the foundation, increasing revenue and participation in a golf tournament by 44%.

In 2005, Naomi joined ProMach as a Marketing and Sales Administrator. Naomi processed sales leads, maintained a database of contacts, and provided creative and marketing support for the company's website and advertisements. Naomi was later promoted to Brenton Marketing Specialist, where they developed promotions to increase brand awareness and planned trade shows.

Naomi continued to grow within ProMach and became the Marketing Coordinator for the New Products - End of Line Business Line. Naomi supported multiple business acquisitions and facilitated product development research to generate significant sales. Naomi also recommended and coordinated successful tradeshows.

In 2013, Naomi became the Marketing Manager for the End of Line and Flexible Packaging Business Lines at ProMach. Naomi managed four brands and secured PR opportunities, resulting in front-page and feature articles in industry publications. Naomi also took on the role of Director of Marketing for the Robotics and End of Line business group, overseeing public relations, product marketing, marketing communications, tradeshows/events, web support, advertising, and research initiatives. Naomi consistently exceeded expectations and built marketing budgets aligned with business objectives.

Throughout their career, Naomi has demonstrated a strong ability to manage multiple marketing efforts and campaigns while consistently exceeding expectations.

Naomi Holdvogt has a Masters of Business Administration degree in Business from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at St. Cloud State University from 2002 to 2005. Naomi also briefly studied Apparel Design & Manufacturing at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2001 to 2002.
