Robby LeBourveau has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Robby began their career at Ethicon Endo-Surgery as a Finance Intern in 2008 and later worked as an Audit Intern at PwC in 2009. Robby then joined The Ohio State University as a Degree Auditor from 2007 to 2009.
In 2010, Robby returned to PwC as an Audit Experienced Associate, where they focused on manufacturing clients and gained experience in IFRS and US GAAP audits. Robby also excelled in one-off and first-time projects during this time.
Robby's career progression continued at Hill-Rom, where they served as a Senior Auditor from 2013 to 2015 and later as a Finance Manager for North America from 2015 to 2016. In these roles, they provided financial reporting support to key business partners and contributed to various projects.
In 2016, Robby joined Pro Mach as the Director of Finance, taking responsibility for internal and external financial reporting. Robby also oversaw Planful application across multiple divisions and ERP systems, identifying areas for improvement within the accounting and finance organization.
Most recently, Robby became a Co-Founder and Dreamer at Firefly Valley Farm in 2019, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit. Overall, Robby's work experience demonstrates their expertise in finance, auditing, and accounting, along with their ability to adapt to different industries and roles.
Robby LeBourveau attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended St. Xavier High School from 2001 to 2005. In 2012, Robby obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
