Clayton Hatch has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Clayton began their career in 2000 as an Accountant at Stork Electrical and later moved to Stork as an Accountant as well. In 2002, they joined Crewe Sharp as a Financial Controller and stayed with the company until 2007. In 2008, Clayton became the Chief Financial Officer at Pro Medicus Limited, and in the same year, they also took on the role of Finance Manager. Clayton'stenure at Pro Medicus is ongoing.

Clayton Hatch's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Willeton SHS for two years. Clayton then went on to study at Curtin University from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree. In 2010, Clayton studied at CPA Australia and earned a CPA qualification. More recently, in 2020, they enrolled at Monash Business School for a Global Executive MBA, which they completed in 2021. Clayton is currently pursuing further education at INSEAD, focusing on Global Business Strategy. Additionally, they are studying China Business Strategy at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Digital Transformation Strategy at NYU Stern School of Business.
