Ayhan Dincer is a Managing Partner and HEPP Projects Responsible at Pro-Per Energy Services, where responsibilities include overseeing hydro projects encompassing installation, commissioning, and maintenance with a focus on mechanical and electrical installations since July 2008. Prior to this role, Ayhan Dincer served as a Site Engineer and Service Manager - Electrical at Bereket Enerji Uretim A.S. from July 2003 to May 2007. Ayhan Dincer holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmangazi University, completed between 1996 and 2000.
