Currently serving as the Administrative Affairs Manager at Pro-Per Energy Services since September 2018, Nezih previously held various managerial positions at Tursan Ulaşım Hizmetleri from March 2008 to May 2018, including Director of Human Resources and Training Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director at ÖMÜR AVM and Avionics Manager in the Turkish Air Force for over two decades. Nezih Mutlu holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Anadolu University, completed between 2000 and 2005.
