David Harris

David Harris serves as the Chief Executive Officer at PRO~PT Physical Therapy since November 2025, after holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at Spear Physical Therapy from November 2023 to October 2025. Prior to this, David was the Vice President of Operations for Pediatrics at Ivy Rehab Network from June 2022 to August 2023. David's extensive career in the rehabilitation field includes a long tenure at Upstream Rehabilitation as Vice President of Integrations from September 2002 to June 2022, along with a similar role at BenchMark Physical Therapy. David began his career as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Siskin Hospital from June 1998 to September 2002, where responsibilities included developing an onsite manual lymphatic drainage program. Academically, David holds a Master of Business Administration from Bryan College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Physical Therapy from Chattanooga State Community College.
