Farah Farooq

Farah Farooq, MBA, currently serves as the Facility Reimbursement Manager at PRO-spectus since March 2021. With extensive experience in billing and reimbursement, Farah previously held positions at Ipsum Investments LLC and Libertyville Imaging Associates, focusing on accounts receivable management, billing staff supervision, credentialing with various insurance carriers, and transitioning processes to electronic formats. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Billing Manager at MD Billing, where responsibilities encompassed coding, claims management, and follow-up on denials. Furthermore, prior volunteer work at CHI St. Luke's Hospital involved patient access services and training new volunteers. Farah holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida International University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix.
