Joel Norton

Joel Norton is an experienced Turnaround Inspector and Supervisor currently working at Pro-Surve Technical Services since February 2023, with responsibilities including significant projects for Valero and Marathon across various locations. Previously, Joel held the position of API inspector at Advanced Corrosion Technologies & Training, LLC from May to August 2023, where responsibilities included fire assessments for SHELL Chemical Deer Park and other units. From January 2013 to November 2022, Joel worked at MISTRAS Group, Inc. as an API inspector and NDE coordinator, and also served as a Lead API 510/570 Inspector and Project Supervisor at Acuren for nearly a decade. In addition to working with various companies as an API 510/570 Project and Turnaround Inspector, Joel's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Non-destructive Testing and Quality Control from San Jacinto College.
