Balaji Vardachari

Balaji Vardachari has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Balaji is currently a Partner at Sea Isle Solutions Pvt Ltd, a global consulting company specializing in business process solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President - Information Technology at ProTEAM Solutions Private Limited. Balaji has also worked as an Angel Investor at Inflection Point Ventures.

In terms of their previous roles, Balaji was the Senior Director - Head of Technology Platform at Ola Electric, where they were responsible for managing the SAP Stack of products and leading a team of consultants. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President - Information Technology & Group CIO at Himatsingka Seide Limited, where they successfully implemented SAP S4 HANA and SAP HCM across multiple locations. Balaji also had roles as Vice President - Information Technology & Group CIO and AVP - Finance & Group CIO at the same company.

Prior to their time at Himatsingka Seide Limited, Balaji worked as a Principal Consultant at FinAdvantage Consulting, specializing in risk consulting and business process improvements. Balaji also held various positions at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, including Vice President - Business Intelligence and Head - Business Intelligence. Additionally, they started their career at Biocon India Limited as a Junior Manager - Finance & Accounts. Overall, Balaji has a strong background in consulting, information technology, finance, and business intelligence.

Balaji Vardachari began their education in 1985 at Christ University in Bangalore, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) with a focus on Accounts. Balaji completed their degree in 1990.

In 1991, Balaji enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they pursued a C A (Chartered Accountant) degree in the field of Accounts. Balaji completed this program in 1996.

Simultaneously, from 1991 to 1993, Balaji attended NIIT, where they earned a 2 Year Advanced Diploma in Systems Management.

In 1998, Balaji enrolled in the Oracle Application Implementation Masters Program (Financials) at Oracle Software India Ltd. The duration of this program was one year, and they completed it in the same year.

Finally, in 2016, Balaji participated in a Management Development Program (MDP) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. The program focused on CIO Business Digital Strategy. Balaji'senrollment lasted for one year.
