Ryan is Pro-Tec’s Manager of Support Services. He brings 12 years of industry experience to managing the PTD Help Desk for the clients. It’s their ‘first line of defense’ to quickly maximize the use of their software and efficiently remedy technology issues, avoiding a ‘truck roll’ and reducing expenses. He and the support team are also responsible for maintaining all customer service contracts and ensuring they meet their service level agreements. They tackle all software upgrades as well as customer service requests for repair and replacements of equipment. The customer’s system health is their number one concern.
Ryan serves on the Leadership Team and his experience designing, implementing and programming access control and video surveillance systems make him an ideal client go-to resource to ensure peak operation of their security systems.
